Which cases do you accept from referring dentists?
We accept referrals for periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing and LANAP, gum and connective tissue grafting, crown lengthening, frenectomies, extractions with socket preservation, bone and sinus grafting, single and full-arch implant placement and IV sedation cases.
Will my patient come back to my practice?
Yes. After active periodontal or surgical treatment, we return your patient to you for restorative and hygiene care. For periodontal maintenance, we can alternate visits with your office so you stay involved.
How do you communicate with referring offices?
You receive a consultation letter with findings, pocket charting, images and our proposed plan, plus updates after surgery and at completion. Our team is also happy to talk through a case by phone.
