What's changing
Dental implants in Fort Worth

Replace one tooth or a full arch, planned to the millimeter.

We map your bone in 3D, plan each implant on screen, then place it with Yomi robotic guidance. A guided plan means smaller incisions, accurate angles and less guesswork for you.

Gum health, our specialty

What do the numbers your hygienist reads out mean?

During a gum exam we slide a thin, millimeter-marked probe beside each tooth. Healthy gums hold it to 1–3 mm. Deeper readings mean the gum has pulled away and bacteria are settling in.

Drag the probe to see what each reading means.

Readings of 1 to 3 mm mean your gums fit tightly around each tooth.

What dental services do you offer in Fort Worth?

Our Hulen Street office offers checkups and cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, veneers, whitening, bonding, Invisalign, dental implants, gum disease treatment, sleep apnea appliances, sedation and same-day emergency visits, for children and adults.

Is Fort Worth Periodontal still at 3509 Hulen Street?

Yes. The office at 3509 Hulen St., Suite 205 in Fort Worth is now part of Smiles Family Dental. The address and phone number, (817) 737-0721, stay the same, and existing patient records move with you, so there is nothing you need to transfer.

Yes. We welcome patients of every age, from a child's first checkup to Invisalign for teens and implants for grandparents. Families can often book visits back to back so everyone is seen in one trip.

Do you take dental insurance in Fort Worth?

Yes. We work with most PPO dental plans, file your claims for you and explain your benefits before treatment. Patients without insurance can join our in-house dental savings plan, and monthly financing is available.

Can I be seen the same day for a dental emergency?

Call us as early in the day as you can. We hold time for urgent problems like severe tooth pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a knocked-out tooth, and we work to see you that day whenever possible.
