Questions

Payment FAQs

Do you accept dental insurance at the Fort Worth office?

Yes. We work with most PPO dental insurance plans and file claims for you. Before treatment we check your benefits and show you an estimate of what insurance is expected to pay and what your share will be.

What is the Smiles dental savings plan?

It is an in-house membership for patients without dental insurance. One yearly fee covers your preventive visits, such as cleanings, exams and x-rays, and gives you a discount on other treatment. There are no claims, waiting periods or annual maximums.

Can I use my FSA or HSA card?

Yes. Flexible spending and health savings account cards are accepted for qualifying dental treatment. Using pre-tax dollars can lower the real cost of care like gum therapy, crowns and implants.

Do you offer monthly payments for implants or gum treatment?

Yes. We partner with third-party healthcare lenders that offer monthly payment plans, including promotional low- or no-interest options for qualified applicants. Our team can help you apply and see your options in minutes.

Will I know the cost before treatment starts?

Always. You receive a written treatment plan with each procedure, the estimated insurance payment and your portion. If anything changes during treatment, we talk with you before moving ahead.
